We understand life can be busy and hard enough without pain, injury and immobility slowing you down. It is our job, through treatment and advice,  to get you back to the healthiest, happiest, pain free you.

We have a highly qualified team of Osteopaths, with a large range of specialist skills, enabling us to offer individual care for each and every patient. CLICK HERE to meet the team.

We Believe it is an Osteopaths job (and our passion) to work with you to understand why your body has moved from a state of health into a state of dis-ease, which often presents as pain. We support patients by offering treatment, advice and information, helping you return to and achieve a healthier, pain free you. By providing you with the understanding and awareness you need, we aim to reduce the likelihood of you developing further problems in the future.

Each patient is given the time they need during the consultation to fully understand their problem and receive the appropriate treatment for them. We pride our selves in providing individual and appropriate care for each and every patient who comes to our clinic.

We use touch, physical manipulation, stretching and massage to increase the mobility of joints, relieve muscle tension, enhance blood flow to help your bodies own healing mechanisms. This may also be accompanied by individually tailored advice and support with exercise, posture, stress and habits to promote health and prevent your symptoms reoccurring.

Osteopaths are trained to screen for medical conditions and there are occasions when Osteopathic treatment may not be appropriate. In these cases your Osteopath may refer you back to the GP for further investigation or tests if necessary.

We maintain good relationships with GP’s, Consultants, Health Visitors and Midwives and cross refer as necessary.

We have disabled access to the whole ground floor and baby changing facilities are provided.

We offer a range of appointment times,  full time reception cover and online booking, with on-site car parking;  so simply call us or go online to arrange your initial consultation.

We also have a Sports Massage therapist & personal trainer and a Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner at the OHC to help you with any problems you may have.

Osteopaths work to restore your body to a state of balance, without the use of drugs of surgery.

When a patient consults one of our Osteopaths, a detailed case history is taken including information about the onset and progression of symptoms, medical history, accidents, illnesses etc and then a physical examination is performed.

Taking into account all the information gathered from this process an Osteopath will reach a diagnosis and decide the correct course of treatment for each individual patient. Your osteopath will discuss the treatment plan with you and answer and questions you may have.
