Payment

Appointments should be paid for on the day of the treatment. We accept cash, cheques or debit cards.

Private Health Insurance (BUPA,PPP, etc)

Many medical insurance companies now cover the cost of osteopathic treatment.

Please check with your insurance company for levels of cover or whether a GP referral is required. We request that patients pay for each treatment and reclaim the fees from the insurance company.

Please ensure that you inform the receptionist if you have medical insurance.

Cancellations

Please try to give us at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend so that we can offer your appointment to another patient who may require it urgently.

We regret that a fee may be charged if booked appointment time is lost through lack of notice or failure to attend.

Facilities

We have disabled access to the whole ground floor with a ramp available for the front doorstep if required.

Baby changing facilities are provided in the downstairs toilet.

Children

We welcome children in the practice and every effort is made to make the practice as child-friendly as possible. Toys and books are available in the treatment rooms but it can be a good idea to bring any favourite books or toys with you. Parents and carers are encouraged to help entertain their child during treatment.

If there is anything that you would like to tell us without your child knowing,then please either talk to us beforehand or write it down.
