Robert Chernick is a registered Osteopath who qualified from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004 with a First Class BSc Honours Degree in Osteopathic Medicine. Prior to becoming an Osteopath he gained a BSc Honours Degree in Sports Science and Physiology from the University of Leeds. He has been practicing from the Osteopathic Health Centre for the past 5 years and also practices from the Natural Health Clinic, South Manchester.During his studies in Leeds he became a Personal Trainer and Sport Massage Therapist and worked as a Registered Exercise Professional in North and Central London. His main areas of interest and specialities are in the fields of exercise prescription and biomechanics, core stability and postural imbalances causing recurrent low back pain. Robert actively participates in sport and has a genuine interest in health and fitness and how the body works both mechanically and physiologically. He applies his expertise to find and treat the cause of his patient’s problem and not just the symptoms.
