Samantha BSc Hons Ost CoBC, is the principal Osteopath at the OHC offering support, training and mentoring for her fellow osteopaths. She graduated in 2003 from the British School of Osteopathy after a four year honours degree and has more recently undertaken a Medical Acupuncture diploma with the British Medical Acupuncture society. In addition to practice work, Samantha has worked closely with General Practitioners and given many talks on Osteopathy. Samantha has also undergone extensive post graduate paediatric qualifications, with the Sutherland College of Cranial Osteopathy and is happy treating any age from 1 hour old to 100+. Sam has a young family and runs two practices in Chester and Oswestry. She is a keen runner and climber and has more recently discovered Yoga. Sam understands the need for work / family / life balance and the difficulties in ensuring you find enough time for everything, including looking after yourself! “I truly believe that there must be balance in our bodies, our Minds and our lives to achieve optimal health for us. We can all be a better, stronger or happier version of ourselves and we all need help and advice to do this.
