I graduated with a masters degree in Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy. Prior to this I studied Physiology at Cardiff University where I graduated with honours. I also qualified in medical acupuncture and kinesiology taping. A proud Welshman I  am an avid rugby fan and have spent many years playing rugby for North Wales, my local team and university teams. Osteopathy has played a big part in maintaining my ability to play after countless injuries. As well as my love for Rugby, I am also a very keen skier. After graduating I spent time in the French Alps treating injured skiers and snowboarders and helping them get back on the slopes as soon as possible. I approach the body as a whole unit and treat in a predominantly structural manner in order to reduce pain and improve function.
